Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to produce actionable insights
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key variances and strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting processes and quarterly financial reviews
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement process improvements
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in Fresno or Central Valley
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and agricultural industry financial practices
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
