Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support business growth initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and strategic plans
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in manufacturing or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proven track record of translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
