Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct rigorous monthly and quarterly variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business units.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to enhance reporting accuracy and operational speed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting complies with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful conclusions to drive business strategy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
