Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for key business units
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards to track KPIs and operational metrics
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
- Prepare executive-ready financial presentations and board-level reporting packages
- Streamline financial processes and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with treasury on cash flow optimization and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A at tech companies
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables) and financial modeling tools
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
