Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A valuation and due diligence
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Lead process improvement initiatives in financial reporting systems
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining own portfolio of complex projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas CPA license or actively pursuing CFA designation
