Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets for various business units.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and project planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
