Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support executive leadership with strategic financial modeling

- Prepare monthly performance dashboards and KPI tracking

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
