Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership with high accuracy and clarity.
- Develop complex financial models and scenario analysis to predict future financial performance and assess risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Streamline financial reporting processes and automate routine tasks using advanced Excel techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
