Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to improve cost-efficiency and revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex data
