Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for portfolio companies
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Create investor presentations with clear visualizations of financial performance trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting financial reporting requirements
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining quality control over all deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL
- CFA designation or CPA certification highly valued
