Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities
- Develop comprehensive budget forecasts and variance reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic recommendations
- Create executive-ready dashboards using Power BI and Excel VBA automation
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize capital allocation and ROI
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Expertise in Power BI, Excel VBA, and SQL data extraction
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to present complex insights to executive leadership
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
