Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budgets, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior management.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
