Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to support executive decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting tools for investment portfolios
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial policies
- Lead budgeting cycles and variance analysis for multiple business units
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
