Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and investment portfolios
- Develop actionable financial forecasts and scenario analyses to guide C-suite strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and risk management frameworks
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through dynamic data visualizations and executive dashboards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA), SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg)
- Demonstrated success in valuing high-growth SaaS and fintech companies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- CPA or CFA designation required
