Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver comprehensive reports to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis models
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Lead financial modeling for strategic initiatives including M&A opportunities
- Design and implement KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SQL database queries
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
