Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and complete month-end close procedures efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with tax preparation, compliance filings, and internal audit requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial reporting insights to management.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
