Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end/year-end close processes with 100% accuracy
- Lead financial reporting and compliance initiatives for 50+ corporate clients
- Develop and implement advanced accounting systems controls
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and forecasting for executive leadership
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize department workflows
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during examinations
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
