Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into clear business recommendations
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence, pricing strategies, and capital allocation
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from enterprise systems
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact financial insights that drive business decisions
