Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify trends across 15+ business units
- Develop monthly/quarterly variance reports highlighting key deviations
- Create financial models for capital allocation and investment forecasting
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget utilization
- Prepare executive dashboards for C-suite decision-making
- Lead annual budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX and SEC reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Experience with M&A due diligence and valuation modeling
- Deep understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations
