Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across 15+ business units
- Develop and maintain rolling 3-year financial models with 95%+ accuracy
- Lead monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with executive team to prepare board-level financial presentations
- Monitor compliance with SEC regulations and international financial reporting standards
- Drive process improvements using Power BI and advanced Excel automation
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured career development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in multinational corporations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA) and Power BI
- Deep understanding of GAAP and IFRS compliance requirements
- Proven track record of developing financial models for cross-border operations
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- Spanish bilingual certification required for border market operations
