Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Prepare detailed financial models, variance reports, and executive dashboards
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategies
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred
