Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning
- Analyze financial data trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and track performance
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Present complex financial information to senior leadership through clear visualizations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with SQL and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
