Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive budget forecasts and variance reports for executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic investment decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for quarterly board meetings
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial reporting workflows
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) required
