Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and generate actionable insights for executive leadership
- Build and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Lead monthly close processes and variance analysis across business units
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess ROI and risk profiles of new opportunities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or tech sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau visualization
