Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against targets.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support special projects and investor relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with financial modeling and SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
