Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting business strategy
- Prepare detailed variance reports and budget-to-actual analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A initiatives and due diligence
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Strong SQL and Power BI/Tableau skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a major plus
