Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Develop complex financial models to support business strategy and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare clear and concise monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of new projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.
