Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend performance improvements
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects supporting mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
