Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Develop comprehensive budgeting frameworks and monitor performance against KPIs
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking for strategic planning
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through polished PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros) and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies
