Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop comprehensive budget forecasts and variance reports for executive review
- Lead cross-departmental projects to optimize operational efficiency
- Create interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel for stakeholder presentations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment strategies
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking/consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI
- Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and financial modeling
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate data to actionable insights
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
