Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, handling deposits, and withdrawals.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly, and efficient service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash drawers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and security procedures.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening/closing duties and lobby management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Able to obtain a Notary Public commission (if required).
