Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-departmental projects to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Conduct variance analysis and investigate root causes of financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new market opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
- FP&A or investment banking background highly desirable
