Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements through automation and advanced Excel/Power BI solutions
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining accuracy in all deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in tech or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI visualization
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SQL databases
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
