Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting strategic initiatives
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational decision-making
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems and processes
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate portfolio performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
