Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning
- Analyze operational metrics and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting processes
- Develop actionable insights through data visualization and trend analysis
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects for key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
