Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Analyze market trends and internal performance metrics to drive revenue optimization strategies.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Communicate financial findings and actionable recommendations to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
