Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support accurate budget preparation.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess business performance and project future trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth drivers.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and support internal audit processes.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to visualize data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
