Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and strategy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
