Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets with 95%+ accuracy
- Prepare executive presentations translating financial metrics into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A valuation and due diligence
- Lead process improvement initiatives using advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and SEC reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking or consulting
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, macros, pivot tables) and SQL database experience
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Certification in Power BI or Tableau strongly preferred
