Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to support business forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Develop KPI dashboards and data visualizations for performance tracking
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and capital expenditure reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders
- Certification (CPA, CMA) or actively pursuing preferred
