Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment opportunities to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for portfolio companies
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership and investment committees
- Collaborate with portfolio teams to optimize financial performance and identify growth opportunities
- Lead due diligence processes for new investments including financial health assessments
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to drive profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Experience with FP&A processes and budgeting in high-growth environments
- Proven track record of presenting to executive stakeholders and board members
