Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees across 15 states
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and new hires
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll audits/reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll tax laws (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Remote work experience required
