Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation analysis
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency gains
- Prepare Board-level presentations with clear data visualization and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess risk profiles and return on investment
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP/Oracle financial systems
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling (DCF, M&A, LBO)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with healthcare or technology sector financials highly desirable
