Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries, opening accounts, and promoting bank products
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Operate teller equipment and digital banking platforms efficiently
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
