Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and forecasting initiatives to support long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and monitor spending against targets.
- Conduct variance analysis and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of financial systems and ensure data integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
