Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and financial advice.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance and product inquiries.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Assist with the daily reconciliation of the teller drawer and cash management duties.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling experience in retail, hospitality, or banking is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank software systems.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
