Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Prepare executive-level financial reports with actionable insights for C-suite leadership
- Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations for operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Manage financial databases and ensure data integrity across systems
- Evaluate M&A opportunities through financial due diligence and valuation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
