Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate financial records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues
- Assist with branch operational tasks as needed
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance banking knowledge
Qualifications
