Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A, LBO, and valuation projects
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Prepare detailed financial reports and executive presentations for senior leadership
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to optimize financial performance
- Monitor and assess portfolio risk exposure using quantitative metrics
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial modeling experience in investment banking or PE
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Series 63/66 or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact financial analysis
