Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments for seamless operations
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
